Matthew Weathers came out to handle our HVAC maintenance. He was polite and made sure to cover his shoes when entering the home. When he was finished he sat down with me and went over the several pictures he took both in the attic and of the outdoor unit. He went over everything and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. Fox Family has been our HVAC company for years and Matthew is just another reason why we continue to use them.

Fox Family is great, Keoki lived up to that. He came in, found a minor error in the setup of our new HVAC system made a quick change and was on his way. Everyone from Fox Family is always prompt, they communicate excellently and always clean up after themselves. Great company.

Fox helped maintain our old A/C system, upgraded it to a new heat pump with zoning, and has been wonderful to work with over the last 3 years. All of their techs are excellent and patient, including Brian, who dropped by a few days ago for a maintenance check. Can’t go wrong with them!

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Joey which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Joey did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Joey be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us and wish to have him service our units in the future.

Hagen was very knowledgeable! He quickly troubleshooted the problem and we had our heat working again soon, when other companies couldn’t figure it out. We appreciate you!

I called Fox Family H&A for a quote. They were able to schedule an at-home appointment within the next few days. I had to call and reschedule and the rep was very friendly and accommodating, great customer service. When John came to our house, he was professional and respectful of my home. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my many many questions. He showed me photos of my rooftop unit and attic when explaining his recommendations. From what I can tell, this is a quality local company and I would recommend them the next time you need a quote.

Zach was great to work with. He was on time, honest, seemed to know his craft well.

Matthew Weathers showed up promptly at 8 a.m. as scheduled. Did a thorough inspection and later words explained everything he did and what recommendations were needed. Overall very happy with his services.

Matthew installed my system about 6 months ago, and he came back last week to do the maintenance and inspect the system. I don’t even know what to say - i feel really lucky that i had Matthew be the one to install it.

The installation is superb. The whole system is top notch, the wires/routing of the lines is so clean, like literally everything looks so CLEAN in my garage and this heat pump working so much better than my previous system.

Matthew and his team got it installed so quickly and perfectly, the maintenance every 6 months is so smooth, (and my energy bill is also like way lower).

You guys should do whatever you can to keep Matthew as part of this team. I’ve already had neighbors ask who did my install and I recommended them to fox family heating & air.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. They have also helped us install our Google Nest when we fried the first one we tried to install on our own. Excellent service!!

In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
