I had a routine maintenance visit for my fairly new HVAC system. The technician, Matthew Waters, was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He walked me through the maintenance process and helped me understand what the maintenance service inspects and why maintenance is so important. There were no issues! I'm so glad I had Fox install and continue to maintain my system. I love Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning!

Carson Fox was my technician for my AC check up. He was on time and professional. Took care to cover his shoes when entering the house (not many tradespersons do that theses days). I was explained what he was going to to, and I let him to it. At the completion of the service, she showed me what he observed, and answered questions that I had about filters and the cost of a new system as mine is aging. Carson was gracious with all my questions that I had regarding a new system which I appreciated! I continue to use FOX because of the consistent level of service and professionalism, and that the do not try to "sell" items/upgrades that are not necessary.

Carson Fox came by to give me a second opinion after I got a really high estimate from another company. The Fox estimate was more reasonable and I’ll use them to make the repairs down the road. Carson also discovered a wiring issue with my system that was causing other issues. I asked him to repair that problem today and it was done quickly and for $136.

Fabulous service! We had a situation where the wall unit seemed to be working but we weren’t getting any heat and a Fox family technician came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was a relatively simple fix and he had the part on hand. We were up and running in under 30 minutes and so thankful we weren’t told that “we needed a whole new system” like we were expecting. Pricing was fair and straightforward! I would HIGHLY recommend Fox Family heating and air if you need honest and reliable service!

We had our summer AC maintenance check this morning with Zach Ottinger from Fox Family Heating and Air. Zach was thorough in conducting checks on our system inside and outside, answered our questions, and made suggestions on possible upgrades to our system, following up with written descriptions of the results of the maintenance check and estimates for upgrades. Zach was very pleasant to work with and explained things very well.

We recently had our A/C system maintenance performed by Marco with Fox Family Heating and Air on Saturday 4/25/26. Marco showed up exactly on time. Marco was very polite. He took several photos and showed them to me and explained the maintenance that he performed step by step. We have had Fox Family Heating And Air out to do a repair and then again for an A/C tune up and I am very pleased with their team. They don't try and pressure you into potentially un needed repairs like most of the larger companies do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HONEST Heating and air company.

Had another great experience with Fox Family. This latest experience is when Jalen came out to do a scheduled maintenance and noticed my fan on my outdoor condenser was starting to fail. He diagnosed it and they replaced the parts through warranty and I’m very thankful I didn’t encounter a failure right before summer coming around the corner. I called fox Family Heating and Air to schedule a A/C tune up for my home system. They were very professional and were communicative leading up to my appointment date. I was contacted just before my appointment and was told the technician that I was scheduled with was unable to make the appointment and If I was okay with another technician making the appointment. Zach arrived promptly to the appontment and was professional and thorough. Before he performed the tune up he walked me through all the steps of the tune up as well as answering any questions I had about my system. After the tune up was complete, he went through the summary of how my system was performing and gave me options for possible additions or upgrades I could add to my system for better filtering. I found Zach to be professional, knowledgeable, and a personable technician just like everyone else I spoken to at Fox Family. All in all Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning made it an easy choice to go with for your Heating and A/C needs.

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently. When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate. “Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

Everyone from the office to the technician are very friendly and knowledgeable in there job.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
