Had another great experience with Fox Family. This latest experience is when Jalen came out to do a scheduled maintenance and noticed my fan on my outdoor condenser was starting to fail. He diagnosed it and they replaced the parts through warranty and I’m very thankful I didn’t encounter a failure right before summer coming around the corner. Appreciate all they do and thank you to Jalen and Fox Family.

Had them out for an annual heating/ac tune up. Their technician Zach is friendly and helpful, and did a good job explaining what was going on with my system.

Zach was very help and friendly. He did a great job on the tune up and solved a problem no other tech was able to figure out. Thanks!

I called fox Family Heating and Air to schedule a A/C tune up for my home system. They were very professional and were communicative leading up to my appointment date. I was contacted just before my appointment and was told the technician that I was scheduled with was unable to make the appointment and If I was okay with another technician making the appointment. Zach arrived promptly to the appontment and was professional and thorough. Before he performed the tune up he walked me through all the steps of the tune up as well as answering any questions I had about my system. After the tune up was complete, he went through the summary of how my system was performing and gave me options for possible additions or upgrades I could add to my system for better filtering. I found Zach to be professional, knowledgeable, and a personable technician just like everyone else I spoken to at Fox Family. All in all Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning made it an easy choice to go with for your Heating and A/C needs.

The office Admin Staff & Technician Keoki both were accessible by phone & email to respond to questions i had re: upcoming service, also flexible to work with multiple factors that allowed me & family’s members to be available for a sooner appointment even while being in different locations during the scheduled visit.

Keoki & Fox staff have been consistently professional giving plenty of advance time to schedule our tune ups -meeting the needs of older family members & responding favorably with multiple attentiveness options -keoki went well above his work even as much was included in the wonderful yearly benefits package deal of spring/summer and fall/winter tune ups labor at no charge & reduced fee of any repairs needed.

The annual service from Fox is always diligently performed by an experienced technician who is very thorough and friendly. By paying a very reasonable monthly rate, I don't get hit by a big bill and it's so easy to get my semi-annual appointments.

On April 14, 2026 Jalen, a Fox Family HVAC technician, completed the semi-annual inspection of my Mitsubishi units. He arrived on time, was customer focused, patiently spent time explaining what he was doing and answered many questions. I am very happy with his work and his customer service. Thank you.

I had Matthew come out for an annual service of my home AC unit. Matthew was on time and was the consummate professional. He showed me with pictures, all the work that he had done, including some that corrected some poor work done by the original installer of this track home.
He also suggested some improvements to the system that would make it more quiet and more efficient, all without high pressure sales tactics. He completed the improvements in quick fashion.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the overall quality and performance of Matthew and the services provided.

Fantastic service! Zach was very efficient but took the time to explain the service and other options available to us. I’ll most certainly have him come by next year for our annual maintenance.

I had such a great experience with this HVAC service and especially with technician Matthew.

Since I have tenants, they arranged for a friend to be present during the visit. Matthew went above and beyond by calling me ahead of time to make sure I was comfortable with someone else being there in my place before proceeding. That level of professionalism and respect really stood out.

He also reassured me that he was completely comfortable having the friend stay at the property during the entire appointment, which gave me additional peace of mind. After completing the check-up and tune-up, he took the time to call me again to walk me through everything he did, his findings, and a clear summary of the system’s condition.

What I truly appreciate about this company is their transparency - they document everything with photos, so there are no surprises and you can clearly see the work that was done.

Matthew was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made it comfortable to ask questions and even offered to be available anytime if I needed further clarification on the report.

2025: As I said to him, my favorite part about the visit from Patrick was how often he said “interesting.” It was kind of the opposite experience of dealing with a doctor who doesn’t seem to be paying attention to any of the specifics you are bringing up. That’s what I like to see from our HVAC guy: Genuine curiosity toward the problem at hand. Good stuff & he got to the bottom of it quickly and walked me through what was happening in the process.

2024: Everything about my experience with Fox was excellent. Fast service even during peak July heatwaves, easy/seamless coordination and communication from scheduling, super-informative, zero pressure overview of the situation and options from Marcus G. Couldn’t have been better.

Noticed our AC unit wasn't cooling, so I did some extensive research to find a company that wasn't a massive scam machine and also wasn't a one-person show,...

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. They have also helped us install our Google Nest when we fried the first one we tried to install on our own. Excellent service!!

I highly recommend Fox heating and air. They installed a new HVAC Heat pump system. The whole process was very professional from the inspection and bid to the installation itself.

In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
